This story has gone viral on Facebook. The trouble is that it is fake. There is no baby that has cancer that Facebook will pay for forwarding or sharing a picture. In fact, the child pictured here is not suffering from cancer. According to one source, it is most likely hemangioma (strawberry birthmark)
